The kits are always well documented with clear instructions, if something is a bit tricky Fleur will produce a YouTube video to give clarity to difficult chains.
Beautiful kits with easy to follow instructions, fabulous service with regard to shipping of items and the quality is top notch. I've bought from Fleur for a while now and will continue to.
I have purchased several kits and jump rings from you. Always speedy, friendly service providing a high quality product. Fleur is always approachable and helpful over any issues.
I've bought both kits and stand alone jump rings from Rocks n Chains and I can't recommend them enough.
The kits I have purchased are put together well, the quality is excellent and the instructions are so easy to follow that I always end up with an excellent piece of jewellery.
The jump rings are perfect, with neat saw cuts and great strength and shape. Fleur's instructions are second to none. I would highly recommend.
Excellent and friendly service for kits and jump rings. Fleur can't do enough to assist if I get in a muddle with kits. Couldn't ask for more. 10/10
Your kits and jump rings are top quality (as are your pliers). The instructions for making are very clear with useful tips and I have always received everything in good time. All good value too.
I would give you a 5 star rating for quality and service.
I bought a kit of jump rings and PDF instructions from Fleur for the first time this year. The parcel came out superfast and was beautifully packaged goods.
