Can I buy subscription boxes from previous months?

Some boxes from previous months will be available to purchase online. The best way to keep up to date with availability is by signing up to our newsletter.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately we can not accept refunds on boxes already ordered. If you’d like to cancel your subscription, it should be done before the 10th of the month.

How can I cancel my subscription?

How do I change my postal address or email?

Postage is free for the UK and £10 for international orders.

When will I receive my box?

Boxes will be sent on the 13th of every month (or the 14th or 15th if the 13th occurs over the weekend). Boxes will usually take 1-2 days to arrive in the UK, or 3-5 days internationally, but we cannot guarantee postal times.

When will payment be taken?

Payment is taken on the 10th of every month.

Are your gemstones ethically sourced?

Of course! Our gemstones are high quality, genuine and ethically sourced. We’re supported by an award winning gemmologist to make sure we always include the best quality gemstones.

Can I find out what’s in the next box before I order?

Although every box will be themed, the entire contents won’t be revealed until after the boxes have been sent. We want the contents to be a surprise so that our customers can enjoy their treat each month.

Do you include a tutorial for the kits?

Yes, every kit comes with a PDF tutorial that you can download (and print if you wish!). You’ll also have access to additional tutorials in the community group each month.

How do I use the exclusive 10% discount on the Relax n Craft website?

Just log in and your discount will automatically be applied! The discount excludes subscriptions, workshops, gift cards and member’s exclusive products and cannot be used in combination with other discount codes.

How do I watch the monthly live online events?

Once you’ve joined the Facebook group, you’ll be invited to any online events taking place. You’ll automatically get reminders via Facebook too!

I’m new to jewellery making. Are these boxes for me?

Yes! All of our kits are designed to be simple enough for beginners. You’ll get the opportunity to learn new methods and use new mediums, but nothing will be too technically challenging. You’ll also have access to kit designer and expert jeweller Fleur via the online community, if you need any extra help.

I’ve already made quite a lot of jewellery. Will these boxes be challenging enough for me?

Yes! While the kits will be designed for all levels of jewellery maker, there will be new skills taught every month. You’ll also find extras in the box so you can make the final piece your own. Fleur will be providing additional ideas every month in the online community too, so you can push yourself with more challenging techniques!

Where can I join the Relax n Craft community?

Once you’ve subscribed to Relax n Craft, you’ll be added to the group. It’s hosted on Facebook, so you will need a free Facebook account to join. So we can add you, you’ll need to tell us the name and email you use on your Facebook account when you check out.
