Meet Fleur
Hi, I’m Fleur, founder of Relax n Craft, jewellery maker, creative soul, and mum to three wonderful children.
My love of jewellery making started when I was a little girl. I was always fascinated by beautiful jewellery, but I couldn’t always afford the pieces I admired, so I decided to learn how to make my own. What began as a childhood passion soon became a lifelong creative journey.
My early career took me in a very different direction, working in the world of dressage. But throughout it all, jewellery making remained my creative escape and something I always returned to.
Later, I spent eight years in Craft TV as a jewellery-making demonstrator, sharing techniques, inspiration, and creative ideas with viewers every week. As an award-winning jewellery designer, I’ve had the privilege of teaching thousands of people through television and online tutorials, helping makers of all skill levels discover the joy and confidence that comes from creating something with their own hands.
Those years gave me an incredible foundation in understanding not only the craft itself, but also what makers really need to feel inspired, supported, and successful in their creative journey.
Today, through Relax n Craft, I bring together everything I’ve learned over the years. From metalsmithing and wirework to bead weaving, chain maille, pearl knotting, and beyond, I love exploring the many different ways jewellery can be created. And the learning never stops. I’m always discovering new techniques, new materials, and new ways to share creativity with others.
For me, jewellery making isn’t simply a business. It’s my passion, my hobby, and a huge part of who I am. Relax n Craft was built on the belief that everyone deserves a little time for themselves—a chance to slow down, create something beautiful, and enjoy the process along the way.
Whether you’re picking up a pair of pliers for the very first time or you’ve been making jewellery for years, my goal is simple: to help you enjoy the journey, learn new skills, and take a little time for yourself.
