You will get 5 of each Chakra gemstones in 6mm rounds, plus 5 clear quartz 6mm rounds plus a variety of sterling silver beads to use in your design, plus 1 metre of elastic and a detailed PDF downloadable tutorial.

You can choose which gemstone you want to make into your ring and you may have gemstones and elastic left over to make more pieces.
